FROM South Santa Monica Boulevard (EAST or WESTbound): Parking is best approached from Linden going South (1 way South) from Santa Monica boulevard into the Valet underground on the left or 2nd left entrance Valet above ground.
FROM Wilshire EASTbound – LEFT Turn into the Alley between Linden and Roxbury (Before City National Bank on the Corner) – which goes directly to the Above Ground Valet lot.
FROM Wilshire WESTbound – Turn Right in the Alley right after Roxbury – to the North directly into the Above Ground parking Valet lot.

Insurance
Dr. Nasseri is not a provider for any insurance company.
However, Courtesy Billing is offered for all patients. This means that billing is sent out to each insurance company on behalf of the patient for reimbursement, along with customarily required documentation such as office notes, superbills, surgical reports, etc.
Medicare
Dr. Nasseri has been opted out of Medicare since 2001. This means that he is not in any way a provider for Medciare nor can any of his billing be submitted for Medicare. However, we do discount patients who are on Medicare due to the financial considerations.
